Product Exchange and Return Policy
Promotional items, items with limited purchase rights, and limited edition items are not eligible for exchange or return, except for product defects caused by the manufacturing process.
Original-priced items, items purchased with member discounts, and current season discounted items are eligible for exchange or return.
Requests for product exchange or return must be submitted within 7 days from the date of product delivery to the destination.
The product must be complete and in good condition, unused, with the product tags intact and undamaged, and returned with its complete packaging.
If requesting a product exchange or return, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and the delivery fees for the new product, unless the product itself has a manufacturing defect.
Each order number is eligible for only one exchange or return request.
If the company finds that a customer's return record is too close to the number of orders, customer service personnel reserve the right to reject the relevant return application and the right to close the customer's tlsshk.com account without prior notice.
